FlashFyre's Enchantments

- Renamed Torrent to Outrush (why? ↓)
- Added new Torrent enchantment. This is for tridents and increases swimming speed while the trident is being held. This works really well with riptide and boots with depth strider, almost too well.
- Reworked horse armour enchantments to be saddle enchantments. This was done primarily so that donkeys and mules also get the benefits of the enchantments.
- Tweaked Bloodlust so that it can be only put on axes
- Removed Curse of Withering as there were numerous issues with it
- Introduced a more stable system for modifying vanilla loot tables. If you disable any enchantments please disable their respective loot table from being modified in the config.
- Added Poison Aspect books to the jungle temple loot table
- Added Quick Charge, Piercing, Multishot, Pillaging and Sharpshooter books to the pillager outpost loot table
- Adjusted values for Quickness, Leaping and Buoyancy
- Fixed some unintentional console spam
- Fixed some additional dungeon loot bugs with some enchantments being enchanted on the wrong items
- Fixed other miscellaneous bugs
