FermiumBooter

• fixed some indev runs using fermiumbooter as a library having issues due to coremods being un-excluded too early
• fixed fermiumbooter.log not working in some setups
• added mod-director compat forcing its tweaker to run early so downloaded mods can be found by the jar scan directly, not needing a restart
• for simplicity added FermiumRegistryAPI.enqueue methods without early/late parameter (thanks kaox283!)
• now uses an updated SpongeMixin (https://github.com/fonnymunkey/SpongeMixin/pull/1) pulling in some bug fixes by FabricMixin
• added config toggle to move most of FermiumBooters log infos to fermiumbooter.log, as an option to unclog the latest.log for modpack devs. Warnings, errors and mixin removals are still also logged to main log.
