What's new
- Ported to Minecraft 1.9
- Rewrote model jsons to new non-Forge (vanilla) json format (in preparation for more fence improvements)
- Added dynamic "resource pack" to generate fence models at runtime (perfect for work-in-progress API to add more woods)
