Shader button opens Oculus' shader screen; presets editable in presets.cfg

  • Shader button (FSO's preset screen and Video Settings) opens Oculus' shader packs; Apply or Done returns to FSO's menu and the picked pack is what High and Ultra use
  • config/feelixs_soulrend_optimizations/presets.cfg: every preset value, editable, "-" leaves a setting alone, extra [mods] lines for other mods' Forge config settings
  • presets.cfg excluded from the JEI tooltip cache key
  • Preset self-test covers presets.cfg and the shader screen; RestMode reductions off in the test instance; release check starts without presets.cfg
