Description:

Monsters fear death — at least, the death of their own kind. The more monsters you kill in an area, the less likely they are to spawn there again.

Background:

You've just finished building your house or factory. The last thing you want is a creeper blowing up your carefully planned walls from the inside. You killed everyone yesterday, lit up the perimeter, built a fence — but they still appear.

Fear of Death fixes this. The mod tracks where you kill monsters. If a certain type of monster dies too often in an area, that type will stop spawning there. If enough monsters of any type die there, all monster spawns in that area will be blocked.

⚠️ Note: Monsters can still wander in from outside the safe zone. To fully secure an area, clear a margin around it or use fences.
