A block that converts FE to Zaps, for FTB Industrial Contraptions.

This mod adds one block, the FE Transformer.

The FE Transformer takes in FE/RF from adjacent sources, and outputs EU/Zaps to adjacent FTBIC transformers or battery boxes.

This block's energy output is dependent on the voltage level of the accepting block.

128 EU/t to LV transformers and battery boxes
512 EU/t to MV transformers and battery boxes
2048 EU/t to HV transformers and battery boxes
8192 EU/t to EV transformers and battery boxes
