Rider: 2x Rider Daggers(Medusa). Ionioi Hetairoi(Iskandar).
Archer: Kenshou and Bakuya + Overedge version(Emiya Archer). Gates of Babylon + Ea(Gilgamesh).
Lancer: Gae Bolg(Cu Chulainn). Rhongomyniad(Lion King). Heavenly Chains(Enkidu[WIP]). Vajra(Indra?).
Caster: Rule Breaker(Medea). Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu(Tamamo no Mae).

A Holy Grail is needed to organize a war.
The Church regents and rulers can only act as arbiters; they cannot participate to win.
For the war, seven pairs of seven Masters and seven Servants are needed. The last pair formed will win. (Work in Progress)
To form a Servant-Master contract, the Servant must right-click on the Master. If the Master accepts, they will be given 3 Command Spells. Press M to view your Servant's information.
If your Servant presses N, they will enter spirit form, pass through walls, fly, and become invisible, but cannot stray far from the Master.
If you have Avalon sealed, click on your Servant to remove the seal.
