This is a client optimization mod that makes language change really FAST!
WARNING FOR 1.12.2 USERS:
Since Forge 1.12.2-14.23.4.2742 this mod doesn't work because Forge developers added everything this mod does into the Forge itself. If you still need this optimization feature, you should just enable option that is built into Forge (Mods -> Forge -> Config -> Client Settings -> selectiveResourceReloadEnabled = true)
