Fast Recipe Search

## Added

- New `recipe_class` whitelist/blacklist filtering: choose which recipe classes get indexed (vanilla classes are indexed by default, custom classes can be whitelisted or blacklisted by full class name or package prefix).

 

### Changed

- Config file migrated to TOML: `config/fast_recipe_search.toml`. Existing `fast_recipe_search.properties` files are migrated automatically on first launch (all loader versions).

 

### Fixed

- Fixed a logic issue in the recipe search engine that could cause some recipes to be unfindable (certain recipes could not be found during search).
