1.0.17 Decrafter Upgrade

A new Sophisticated Backpacks upgrade uncrafts items at the full crafting cost and puts the ingredients straight into the backpack.

Craft the Decrafter Upgrade with 4 leather and 1 Decrafter, then install it in a backpack. Put any crafted item in the upgrade slot. The full ingredients are inserted into the backpack. If they do not fit, the item stays in the slot.

Backpack tiers return the real upgrade recipe. A diamond backpack comes back as a gold backpack and 8 diamonds. Gold, iron, copper, and leather follow the same chain. A netherite backpack returns the smithing ingredients: the upgrade template, the diamond backpack, and a netherite ingot.

Containers give their stored contents back first, then the craft ingredients, and only if all of it fits. The cutting board and the Decrafter block are unchanged and still return the smaller salvage. Full returns only happen through this upgrade. Ores, mob drops, linked backpacks, and fluid holders are left alone.
