Farmer's Delight Legacy

1. Added corresponding villager trade injection logic.
2. Added behavior implementation for dispensers to operate cutting boards.
3. Added logic to inject FD items into vanilla chest loot tables.
4. Added village farm crop replacement/generation logic (including VillageNames integration).
5. Migrated upstream config to the current version and added control over the same features.
6. Added an additional option to determine whether, when the cutting board's tool parameter is ore:toolAxe, the hand tool check should be changed to 'item instanceof ItemAxe' (true = change, false = leave as is).
7. Bowl food items now return a bowl after being eaten.
8. Fixed the issue where the ore dictionary entry would disappear after a knife took durability damage.
