Added Nether boss Ballrynn, The Blaze King

Ballrynn has 3 different specials:

when he says "burn" he will fire 3 fireballs in a cone in front of him, then at 90 degrees, then 180, then 270. Each dealing big amounts of fire magic damage
when he says "fall to me" he will launch into the air and then slam down based on where he is facing dealing fire magic damage to those caught in the attack. This attack deals increased fire magic damage at the centre of the slam
When he says "minions come forth" he will heal some health, gain resistance and regeneration, and will summon some blazes to defend him

Added Lesser Pyre Gem as rare drop from Ballrynn:

when held, gain molten mettle (see below) 1 and fire resistance 1
Used to brew a potion of molten mettle
more uses to come...

Added Wand of Blaze as rare drop from Ballrynn

ranged attack wand that deals fire magic damage, uses blaze powder as ammo

Added Wand of Thunder as uncommon drop from Aashni

deals lightning damage to 6 random entities withing 10 blocks that are not allied

Added 6 new potion effects, currently only obtainable through brewing:

Martial Redemption: heals 1 heart x level whenever you parry using martial skill

Bulwark of Stoicism: 9% +3% x level to gain absorption 1 + 0.5 x (level-1) (always rounded down) (IE absorption 2 is gained at bulwark 3 or higher) *Note you cannot use Bulwark of Stoicism and Martial Skill in tandem, having martial skill will disable Bulwark of Stoicism)

Radiant Blessing: being hit by an entity that does not have the glowing effect will give them the glowing effect and heal you 1 heart x level

Molten Mettle: Being in Lava gives you a 1/5 chance to deal an enhanced attack deal +2 fire magic damage x level

Gale Force: taking wind damage empowers your next attack, dealing +2 Phsyical Damage x level (10s CD between empowerments)

Excavation Growth: Breaking a block will grant 1-10xp (20s CD)

Added new brew component Inert/Empowered Crystal:

Inert Crystal dropped rarely by all current full (Non demi) bosses and also commonly by the Lesser Lich demi boss

Turned into empowered crystal with 8 blaze powder in a crafting table

Brew empowered crystal with awkward potion for sparkling concoction

Sparkling concoction (SC) used as a base for some powerful potions

SC + Endurance Runestone = Martial Redemption 1 potion (20mins)

SC + Iron Skin Runestone = Bulwark of Stoicism 1 potion (20mins)
Bulwark of Stoicism 1 potion + Iron Block = Bulwark of Stoicism 2 potion (20mins)
Bulwark of Stoicism 2 potion + Steel Skin Runestone = Bulwark of Stoicism 3 potion (20 mins)

SC + Prismatic Essence = Radiant Blessing 1 potion (20mins)

SC + Magma Essence = Molten Mettle 1 potion (20mins)
Moten Mettle 1 potion + Lesser Pyre Gem = Molten Mettle 3 Potion (20mins)

SC + Gale Essence = Gale Force 1 potion (20 mins)

SC + Nether Star = Excavation Growth potion (20mins)
