Tagger/Detagger Removed - Replaced with /ally and /deally commands

/ally {name or UUID} to mark a target as ally, both parties must /ally each other
/deally {name or UUID} to remove a target as an ally, this will remove you from their ally list also

New toggleable Gamerule allowFriendlyFire - when set to false, attacks against targets marked as an ally will be nullified, cancels attacks made against ally's pets also
allowFriendlyFire set to false as default

Drop rate of Shining Arrows by Elf Commander lowered

Lesser Lich magic attack damage reduced, attacks made while levitating cause explosions

Watcher magic attack no longer leaves its projectile on the ground

Crafting Recipe for Gaia Moss Boots now correctly implemented
