• Updated the bed-rest camera to position the viewpoint above the pillow and use the player’s mouse-look direction independently of head animation.

• Added immediate pose restoration when getting out of bed.

• Added saving and migration support for the resting viewpoint.

• Reviewed the sizing of all 114 items.

• Enlarged the computer to 2× its previous size and the defibrillator to 1.5×.

• Enlarged the oxygen tank, linen cart, wet-floor sign, and hospital food tray.

• Reduced the bedside cabinet to better match the bed.

• Updated collision, selection, and placement dimensions for resized items.

• Preserved model details, textures, and inventory icons.

Validation: Five Forge server gameplay tests and 1,051 geometry checks passed. First-person visual and shader testing remain unverified.

Installation: Replace the previous Hospital JAR; do not keep both versions installed.
