feat(aelis): add pattern barrier filtering

Adds AelisPatternBarrier to prevent fantasy patterns from entering AE2's own pattern providers. Updates AelisPlannerMixin to use the barrier, refactors FantasyTechnologyMixinPlugin with ConcurrentHashMap.
