What's new

Synchronizes the implementation code of OmniMaxFastPlanner (aligned with upstream version 1.3.9).

Embeds a modified version of AE2-VM via jarInJar to accelerate recipe planning calculations for the current mod and ensure item durability compatibility instead of treating items with durability requirements as disposable items. Also removes the targeted mod blacklist functionality from the original code. Do not add both simultaneously, as this may cause mod conflicts (because their mod IDs are the same). If the upstream of the mod has similar functionality, the maintenance of the separate branch will be discontinued, and the official version will be used instead.
