Allows to add overlays and underlays to the hotbar via a resourcepack.

Its config also allows to customize the color of the XP text, change its position, etc.

How to use

Add textures to assets/fancy_hotbar/textures/gui/

overlay.png is the image rendered on top of the hotbar.

underlay.png is the image rendered below the hotbar.
