The Frank Horrigan fight is bugged. if you can, everytime you enter a world /kill him if you can because i made a mistake while scripting, He spawns everytime you load a world.

Welcome to the FALLOUT mod, A custom made mod made by R2R3/DevonOhSeven. It offers a new set of armor to the game, the T60! It also introduces the Wastelander! a new villager (in an old white coat!) that uses Caps as his selected currency. all features in this mod includes:
