Alloy smelting

• The Alloy Smelter is now the Electric Alloy Smelter. Same block, same recipes, slightly slower: it heats up over time and still accepts overclockers.
• New Coal Alloy Smelter: cheap to build from iron, furnaces and bricks, burns any furnace fuel, needs no power. Slow.
• New Combustion Alloy Smelter: burns fuel or biogas, runs at full speed with no warm-up and no cables. The most efficient way to make alloys.
• New, deeper hum for the electric and combustion smelters, played a bit quieter.

Balance

• The Circuit Assembler now runs on low voltage.

Fixed recipes

• Crusher, Tank and gravel-to-flint crushing recipes referenced tags that do not exis.
• Recipe Pipe and Chassis Pipe I shared the same recipe. The Recipe Pipe now uses paper in the middle.
• Supplier Module and Ejector Module shared the same recipe. The Supplier Module now uses a dropper.
• Collector Module and Extractor Module shared the same recipe. The Collector Module now adds string.

Progression

• Bronze and steel no longer require the electric alloy smelter, which itself needed bronze-derived parts. The coal alloy smelter breaks that loop, so early machines are reachable from scratch.
