Use the client's sneak key as the first combo key

The first combo key is no longer a binding of this mod, so it no longer shows up in the controls screen. The mod reads whatever the client binds for sneaking (options.keyShift), which means the combo follows the player's own sneak key automatically and vanilla sneaking stays untouched. The second combo key is unchanged.

The state only toggles while the player is sneaking, so the combo key cannot fire by accident. The translation entries for the removed placeholder binding are dropped, and the README describes the new combo.
