Fairy tale additons

This was made and tested in 1.16.5 but should work from 1.16 release to 1.16.5 FORGE

    Changes:

Reorganized creative inventory a little better (existing worlds will not have new creative inventory after update, if you want the new inventory you'll need a new world)

Fixed a dedicated item issue

Bloodthorn flower

Thorn (obtained from a bloodthorn flower. Will be used in something soon)

Bully - A big brutish "bully" who will attack you on sight - so far all he can do is hit and leap..
