Fair Horse Stats

This is a server-side Fabric mod that modifies how horses' stats are created and how horse breeding works. These changes make it easier to get a great horse, though it still takes some work. By the way, these changes affect donkeys and mules as well.

For wild horses, it makes the stat distribution more even, meaning you're more likely to find a horse with extremely good or extremely bad stats.

For breeding, instead of generating a third horse and averaging all the stats, it just averages the stats of the parents and then adds ― or subtracts ― some random variance.
