This is the first public beta of Faded Pearl — a companion-focused mod about finding, healing and slowly earning the trust of a wounded Fade Enderman.

Beta 3 fixes and improvements

• Fixed detached fingers in multiple GeckoLib animations.
• Improved Fade identity and data recovery across saves and dimensions.
• Improved compatibility with worlds created in earlier Faded Pearl versions.
• Fixed several animation, model, nameplate and visual trust-progression issues.
• Added safer handling of duplicate or incomplete companion data.
• Improved multiplayer ownership so different players can form separate bonds with their own Fades.
• Added automatic checks for required dependencies and packaged resources.

Important beta notice

Singleplayer has been tested on both a fresh world and an updated test world.

Multiplayer is available and its basic three-player companion system has been tested, but complete dedicated-server testing of restarts, disconnects, recovery and dimension travel is still unfinished. Please back up multiplayer worlds and use the exact same Faded Pearl JAR on the server and every client.
