Adds a (Bedrock-style) fade-in animation to newly loaded chunks.
1.17.1 update please? I really love the fade in chunks and I really want to use it on 1.17.1
Sodium has now been released for 1.17.1 (https://github.com/CaffeineMC/sodium-fabric/releases)Could you update your mod? I really love the fade-in animation, so a 1.17.1 version would be hugely appreciated!

Hello sodium 0.2.0 released when will there be updates supporting this version?
does this work on optifine or only sodium if not are there plans for optifine
In reply to Angelhasleft_:
Sodium. That's why it says "Requires Sodium" in the description.

Is this for client or server? Im new to this thank you! I want to setup mod on my server but i still confused
Hey, are there plans for a 1.17 port at any point? Just intrigued cause this is probably the best chunk-loading mod I've seen yet.
In reply to Qxeii:
At the earliest once Sodium for 1.17 is released.
In reply to Johni0702:
Ah, didn't realise Sodium wasn't released for 1.17, sorry for the stupid question!
There's a sodium for 1.17 now (well, iris shaders, which I prefer anyway because it supports optifine shaders. If you want, you can go to the iris website and download the installer.
This and smooth chunks. Smooth chunks just has a cooler animation I think, but I would definitely choose this if it was updated to 1.17
Hello, with the new release of iris (a mod that allows shaders to work with sodium) sodium comes baked inside the mod. even though sodium is present fade in chunks says it requires sodium. if you can add support that will be splendid
In reply to spinnerx28:
can you do this but for optifine
In reply to Regolith_TV:
No. Unlike Sodium which allows anyone to view and modify its source, Optifine's author has chosen to reserve all right on their mod, so they're the only one who can do that.
