• Download, run, and otherwise use Factory Tech for your own personal use
• Study, modify, compile, and run Factory Tech's source code for your own personal use
• Create and publish a Minecraft mod or other project containing code from Factory Tech, as long as: a) such code accounts for less than 50% of the project (measured in processing time spent running the code); AND b) the project is open-source. Open-source for this purpose means that the project provides its source code, in the preferred form for modification, in the form of a download, a link to a Git repository (Github, GitLab, etc.), or similar.
• Use Factory Tech, with no modifications to the code, in a modpack that either (a) will be distributed to ten (10) people or less, or (b) is an official Feed The Beast pack
• Use Factory Tech in a YouTube spotlight or Let's Play, or a Twitch livestream (these are all encouraged, in fact), and gain income from advertising for doing so, as long as you credit me (ProfessorLucario) as the author
• Use CraftTweaker or similar tools to modify Factory Tech's recipes, privately or in a modpack
  • If in a public modpack, all modifications made must be publicly specified
• Link to this CurseForge page

You MUST ASK PERMISSION to:

• Distribute a version of Factory Tech that has modified code, privately or publicly
  
  • You must clearly state details of the modifications made, and the reasons for such modifications
  • You must credit me (ProfessorLucario) as the original author
• Distribute Factory Tech in a modpack to be used by more than ten (10) people, unless it is an official Feed The Beast pack as described above
• Do anything else with Factory Tech that is not described in this license

You MAY NOT:

• Re-upload Factory Tech as a standalone mod
• Distribute Factory Tech with malicious modifications (viruses, spyware, etc.)
• Use Factory Tech for monetary gain in any way other than YouTube or Twitch revenue (for example, uploading an Adfly link to a pack containing Factory Tech)
• Claim that you made Factory Tech
• Be a jerk and try to find loopholes in this license
