Factorocraft Essentials Version 3.2.0-1.21.1:
-Added the Ore Vein Breaker tool, and item that lets you break ore veins (permanently) in survival mode
-Added Underground Ore Veins. They currently only spawn in the overworld, and only spawn for "rarer" ores. They can also be enabled and disabled in the config
-Updated circuit textures
-Randomite Ore can now spawn in vanilla dimensions. It can be enabled/disabled in the config
