Cloud cover is procedurally generated based on three types: Clear, Normal, and Cloudy.

Clouds change over time by fading in and out.

You can now configure how much tint clouds get on sunrise/sunset.

Fabulous Clouds now works on the 1.18 experimental snapshots.
