General UX and Priority changes:
Fabricate is now triggered by holding Left Alt and clicking for crafting one batch, and Shift + Left Alt + Click for a batch of 64.
Fabricate no longer eats custom click and hover logic from other mods (i.e. creates ponder, EMI's own crafting table display)
Fabricate will refuse to use enchanted items in recipe chains that would consume said item, opting to craft a new item or use an existing item instead.
