  The algorithm deduplicates every unique block type into a small shared palette, shrinking each block's data down to a single 1-byte index number instead of a long text string. These indices are flattened in linear horizontal layers so repetitive sections (like walls and hollow air pockets) compress into just a few kilobytes via Minecraft's network pipeline. This reduces the raw structure size by over 95%, allowing entire 30,000-block buildings to be stored on a single trading card with zero server lag.
  
  Because Minecraft enforces a hard 2 MB item network packet limit, the compressed NBT pipeline can safely hold between 600 and 1,000 completely filled double chests (over 50,000 items) inside a single card before risking packet overflow.
