SpawnMobMod - Fabric Mixin to revert the nether spawn mechanics to 1.19.2 mostly
How It Works:
A very simple mixin that will inject return value true into the HostileEntity.canSpawn.... checks for ONLY wither skeletons and skeletons in ONLY the nether dimension. This essentially re-enables the super OP nether fortress + portal farm.
Note From The Author:
This mod has to the potential to introduce minimal server lag in THE_NETHER Dimension due to Skeletons and Wither Skeletons being able to spawn every tick.

utility was 33ms per tick and 12ms of that was for nether spawning. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.
