EZ Emerald Pouch

- No longer use the custom Emerald texture we have and instead just use the vanilla emerald texture (e.g. for the overlay GUI showing how many emeralds we got as well as the button in merchant screens)
- Trading with a merchant should automatically take emeralds from Pouch if there is one
- Expose an API for other mods to use
- Fix amount of emeralds auto-placed on trades (from exact amount to full stack)
- Placement editor include merchant screen
