Eyeliss's Particle Mod

Added a system to limit crafting recipes.

Crafting one of these limited recipes announces to the server that it has been crafted, and tells the amount that can still be crafted.

• Has a particle effect and a global sound effect play when crafting as well.

Added a command that can be used to set the amount currently considered crafted, and a command that resets crafting count.

• "/eyeliss" for the commands.

Added a way to name your recipes with the lang file, so it announces that name instead of 'namespace:recipeid' when crafting a limited recipe.

Made the Doctoring Arm item only craftable 3 times per server.

Added Depleted Essence, which is obtained by attempting to craft a recipe that is currently at it's max crafts in the server.

Right clicking with this will have a 90% chance to call upon a common loot pool, with the tag
"#eyelisspartmod:pools/depleted_pool_common",
and a 10% chance to call upon a rare loot pool, with the tag
"#eyelisspartmod:pools/depleted_pool_rare".

Fixed a bug that caused server crashes, where I had two separate instances of registering Midas' Gold.

Made Dimensional Dust much rarer when killing endermites for it.
