now scans block ids between 1 and a set able number defaulting at 2522 exclusive
and creates a fence, fence gate, wall, slab and stairs for every full cube block it finds
generated block ids start at the starting number.

This version generates decorative blocks for blocks in other mods
(I can not guarantee this mod will function with any specific mod)
