1.1 - The BamBOO Update

-Fixed a few crafting errors

-Made the juicer more streamlined (bamboo cups only go in second slot)

-Added some much needed crafting recipes for vanilla items (including a trident recipe with a new drop from elder guardians)

-Added cashew apple + cashew nut + cashew milk
