Added

• 3x3, 5x5 and 7x7 Avaritia recipes. The encoder can switch between 3x3, 5x5, 7x7 and 9x9 (+ fusion) tables, and the Extreme Molecular Assembler now crafts recipes of every table size.
• Extreme Pattern Encoder Panel. The encoder is now a panel that goes on an ME cable, like the AE2 terminals.
• JEI/EMI "+" transfer places the recipe in the middle of the grid and picks the smallest table it fits.
• Mod logo in the mod list.

Changed

• The Extreme Molecular Assembler now uses 2000 AE/t while working (20,000 AE per craft, was 500 AE).
• The old encoder recipe now makes the panel.

Removed

• The Extreme Pattern Encoder block. Encoder blocks already placed or in inventories will disappear when you update: craft the panel instead.
