Fixed a catastrophic bug where if you placed more than the efficiency cutoff of GP generators, they would all break and only generate 1GP per generator, no matter how much they were supposed to generate

Updated all recipes to use Item Tags where ever possible, to allow for much higher mod compatibility

Fixed the Creative Generator resetting it's output FE when you open it's GUI

Changed cVer (config_version) to 2.8, so your config will regenerate when updating
