Config

- Added a new config option to disable the ability to use flint & steel for heating drinks. (Could be OP)

 

Enchantments

- Rebalanced Heat/Cold Resistance to have two levels, one to reduce and one to negate the effects.

- Added Heat Resistance Level 2

- Added Cold Resistance Level 2

 

Loot Tables

- Added Heat/Cold resistance books to the loot table.

 

Recipes

- Added recipes to convert hot drinks to normal, and cold drinks to normal.

 

Bug Fixes

- Fixed broken crafting recipes.
