🛡️ Armor Set Effects – Unique Perks for Full Gear

Extended Tools and Ores brings a new level of depth to your survival experience with armor set bonuses — passive effects that activate only when wearing a full set of matching armor.

Each armor has been designed with special perks that reflect its theme, encouraging you to adapt your equipment to your surroundings and playstyle.

🔹 Current Armor Effects

🧜 Aquamarine Armor
Grants Water Breathing, perfect for ocean exploration and underwater ruins.
🌊 Enhanced Aquamarine Armor
Adds Dolphin’s Grace along with Water Breathing for unmatched underwater speed.
⚡ Aluminum Armor
Increases movement speed, ideal for fast travel and navigating terrain quickly.
💎 Ruby Armor
Activates Strength II when your health drops below 50%, giving you a burst of power in critical moments.
⛏️ Amber Armor
Gives Haste to improve mining speed, but comes with Unluck — a strategic risk/reward tradeoff.

🧪 Coming Soon: More Armor Effects!

We’re actively working to assign unique passive effects to every armor set, enriching progression and build variety. For example, Emerald Armor is planned to grant Luck, making it ideal for exploring structures and collecting rare loot.

These effects only trigger when wearing the full armor set, ensuring balance and rewarding commitment to each material path.

🛠️ Patch Notes – Release 0.0.7

Extended Tools and Ores continues to evolve, and this update marks another major step toward creating a deeper, more rewarding survival experience. As a solo-developed project, each patch is shaped not just by vision, but by community feedback — so your thoughts are more than welcome.

This version introduces important balancing changes, key fixes, and one of the most exciting features so far: armor set effects.

✅ Other Additions & Improvements

🛡️ Aluminum Armor Equip Sound Added
The missing equip sound has been implemented for the Aluminum set, improving immersion and polish.
⚖️ Armor Rebalancing
All existing armors have been rebalanced to better align with vanilla standards, ensuring fair progression without overwhelming early-game experience.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

🪓 Tool Speed Restored
Fixed a major issue causing pickaxes, axes, and shovels to function at abnormally slow speeds. Tools now operate with their intended efficiency.

📦 Vaulted Content

Several tools and armors (including some enhanced versions) have been temporarily vaulted to reduce clutter and streamline gameplay. This is part of a long-term effort to make each item feel meaningful and well-integrated.
➤ Vaulted items are not removed forever — many will return in future updates with reworks or added mechanics.
