CHANGES:

- planned removal of infused ingot

- changed name of "heavy metal steel" to "tungsten steel", all steels will use base name for easier use

- changed name of "molten carbon" to "molten coal", all molten forms will use base name for easier use

- mod id changed from "umm3185118519" to "extendeditemsores" for easier use

- mod name changed from "Extended Items and Ores Mod" to "Extended Items and Ores" (removed Mod in name)
