Added the "Retriever pipe" based on a suggestion by Paril
Like a supplier, but requests anything with priority 0 by default
Fixed two major bugs, involving really bad routing, console spamming and server freezing
Added a debug option in the config
Added the Sequencer Pipe, that will reroute the items to a sequence of other pipes.
Can be configured with the locator: right-click on pipe to save the location, shift-right-click to clear the list.
Then right-click on sequencer.
Allows pure round-robin configurations, can be used as default sink... Very powerful.
Also fixed some bugs here and there: pipe disconnections will sync between server and client now !
