EX Pluralis

-Golden pickaxes effect doesn't directly add the mined blocks into your inventory anymore. This will prevent them from disappearing when the inventory is full; instead they will stay on the ground.
-Stone shovels effect now works with any block that can be mined with a shovel.
-Canis, vanilla and evolved stone pickaxes can no longer duplicate ores above iron.
-Reduced pickup delay when some duplicating effects are activated, to help prevent items clipping to the surface.
-Removed "Only for vanilla log(s)" in crystal axes description.
-Removed coordinates in the Ring of Teleportation GUI, leaving more space for names.
-Fixed missing word in iron pickaxes description.
