Patch notes:
Fixed a naming conflict with the newly added enderghast and enderreeper
Removed some recipe conflicts for Amethyst, Jade and Ruby where the blocks couldn't be created / converted into the gems if there was another mod adding in gems with the same name / tag / oredict
