Expired_Ice's Reworked Dimensional Access

A Simple Rework of how the Nether and End Dimensions can be accessed, as well as slight updates to the Wither and Ender Dragon.

Accessing the Nether: Before a player can begin accessing the Nether Portal, they must first locate Eyes of Nether found in the Overworlds many Structures. They must use these to locate the Trial Chamber's new Portal Room, which serve as the first access point for the Nether Dimension.

Trial Chamber Portal Room: New Room within the Trial Chamber Structure.

Updating InterDimensional Travel: Glowing and Crying Obsidian will replace Obsidian in interdimensional travel. After defeating each Dimension's Boss, the respective obsidian variant can be used to build portals to access their respective dimensions.

Wither Boss Arena: New Boss Arena located in the Nether Dimension. Here the player fights a less powerful Wither Boss. It is the first place a player will be teleported to from a Trial Chamber's Portal Room

Updating the Respawned Ender Dragon: Ender Dragons spawned using End Crystals have 2x increased damage and health.
