Expert Mode

Adjusted config file format and descriptions.

Added more sections to the config.

Stonecutter now does damage to the player.

Added /expertmode command

  * ( /expertmode settings ) can be used to disable/enable features in the mod during play on a per world basis.

  * The setting to overall enable disable the mod is currently available but not functional.

Effects have been split into individual classes.

Ultra Hard no longer affects the natural regeneration setting (that was moved to a separate setting).

Ultra Hard now sets each chunk to max local difficulty at chunk load.

Added setting to disable xp. Off by default.

Added setting that causes mobs to explode on death. Off by default.

Wither Buffs:

  * Wither will now apply slowdown to  players nearby, can be negated with soul speed enchanted boots (Wither stage affects total slowness effect alongside soul speed level).

  * Wither will now despawn if there are no players within ~5 chunks.

  * Wither will now despawn if fully trapped in bedrock.

Fixed some server/client side checks.

WIP settings added to config, these have no effect currently.
