No API changes. Library mod — ships no content of its own.

Changed

  • NeoForge 21.1.249 → 21.1.259: build moved to the new loader. Same boss-encounter framework, same structure types (`expedition_core:isolated_spread`, `expedition_core:wide_biome_jigsaw`), same locking behaviour.
