Initial Alpha Release This first release expands Weather2 with dynamic tornado width, tornado bending, satellite and anti-cyclonic tornado support, tornado/supercell merging, radar tools, anemometers, weather alert sirens, SPC-style outlooks, damage surveying, supercell visuals, tree debarking, stronger ground scouring, cycloidal marks, advancements, recipes, textures, shaders, and configurable survival-friendly storm behavior.

Requires Weather2 and CoroUtil. This is an alpha build, so multiplayer and severe storm edge cases may still need testing. All alerts, surveys, and outlooks are fictional in-game systems, not real-world weather information.
