What's new

New:
- Added the Scythe Boost effect
- Added a sound playing when the Honey Scythe special ability is triggered

Tweaks:
- Changed the Golden Scythe texture
- Changed the Diamond Scythe texture
- Netherite Scythe now has 1/4 chance to deal the wither effect but last longer now ( 20tks -> 100tks )

Fix:
- Fixed Honey Scythe always dealing it's special ability
- Fixed the special abilities on certain scythes being too loud
- Fixed Honey Scythe not having a cooldown after being used
