Replaces the minecraft 1.10.2 exhaustion values with the minecraft 1.11 exhaustion values. I made this for myself, so if you do not like it, then do not use it! :)

This should work on a server, I have not tested it, but it changes the classes directly, so it should work. It should only require the server to have this as well.
