Adds some fancy items, such as:

• Vitrified foods (attribute, can happen to all)
• Ectoplasm, bonus loot from some variant of somebody
• Effigies, an alternative to the totem
•      fish! surrender your tools to the void at the end of the game
• Warhorns, ectoplasm and goat horns don't mix well..
• monolith
