What's new

Added enchanting table support for Excavation I and II on pickaxes and books.

Added separate enchanting power requirements: level II requires higher power.

Removed the treasure-only restriction. Excavation remains available through standard random enchanted-book loot and librarian trades.

Kept anvil upgrades: Excavation I pickaxe + Excavation I book → Excavation II.
